Plaster for porcelain
>Wet press/special casting
|
 |
Clogging and subsequent reduction in water absorption
are prevented by introducing air to wash away particles that have
entered the plaster mold during casting.
To dry a plaster mold, air is introduced into the mold to discharge
the water inside. This allows the water content to be adjusted
to a quantity suitable for casting (10 - 15%) in a short time.
This eliminates the necessity for using a heat source to dry a
mold.

>HI-SUCT Series
|
 |
“HI-SUCT” shows a high water absorption
characteristic even with a low amount of mixing water. This results
in good releasing from the green body, improving the efficiency
of the molding. In addition, rapid diffusion of water in the mold
shortens the drying time. In this way, this product has many advantages.
Five types are available to cover various applications.
|
|
>High Expansion Type
|
|
This product is a special type of plaster exhibiting
an ultimate expansion coefficient of about 7%. The main application
of this product is the compensation for a 13%-or-so shrinkage
allowance of a porcelain green bodies, for which this product
has been developed. It allows the shrinkage allowance to be compensated
for by carrying out inversion twice from the mother die.

For models of dies and molds
>PEARL STONE B-10,B-11
|
 |
This product is made by mixing water-soluble
resin powder into high-strength · -hemihydrate gypsum,
offering the advantage of being superior especially in strength
and hardness to other types of model-use plaster. Making the most
of the features of this product to suit your specific purpose
and application enables high-precision, solid, and ultra-hard
models to be fabricated fast and economically.

|
>Low expansion plaster for models B-13 Series
|
 |
The B-13 plaster is a typical kind of plaster
used most extensively among low expansion types of plaster, having
great hardness and strength accompanied by a low expansion coefficient.
Several kinds of B-13 Series plaster are available to suit different
applications. Selecting one that suits a specific working method
enables a high precision model to be created economically.
|
|
>High expansion plaster B-14L
|
 |
The B-14L Series plaster exhibits large setting
expansion (about 0.5% to 2.0%) unseen in conventional casting
plaster, which is obtained by treating high-strength casting plaster
with a special method. It is used to make expansion models and
expansion molds requiring a compensation for setting shrinkage
of metal or synthetic resin.
