New product information

“MAXCEEDEis made of the uniquely processed precious metal particles and the heat resistance has been greatly improved.
This allows the formation of high density and highly reliable electrodes. In addition, MAXCEED helps cost reduction by the saving of material usage resulted from thinning of the layer and by decreasing the content percentage of high cost materials.

<Firing temperature zone>
Firing temperature zone

Good compatibility with ceramics. (The shrinkage curve can be set up flexibly.)
Ceramics coated Ag pawder
Excellent heat resistance to make the firing at 950°C (Substitutable from Ag-Pd
Low resistance can be kept even under high temperature firing.
It is possible to from the fine line of line & space = 40/40”m by screen printing.

Excellent solder leach resistance allows soldering on no-plated electrode.
Superior in adhesive with a substrate.
Cofiring with inner electrode is possible.

Suppression of Pd oxidation expansion around 600°C and reduce inner cracks
< Firing temperature vs. Shrinkage>

< Electrode Coverage>
High heat resistance (Sintering temperatire : Approx 200°C higher than coprecipitated powder)
Over 90% electrode coverage at 2”m fired thickness of electrode
Forming thinner electrode and improvement of surface smoothness
  <Ag-Pd Alloy>
Ag-Pd??
<Ag-Pd CPP>

High-crystallized powder (crystallite size : 82.0nm)
High-Crystallized Pt powder
Realize the high coverage of electrode
???Pt??
Outstanding performance in high heat-resistance ;
even when repeated firing the reliablity is still kept well.
There is no gas generating from the powder, and this is helpful
for controlling the structure problem
