The grinding wheel drive motor is a variable-speed type with inverter control, so it can handle different types of steel, various profile shapes, and grinding wheel wear. With this machine, high-efficiency high-performance cutting is made a reality, because the grinding wheel diameter is measured for each cut. Once the cutting efficiency that corresponds to the type of steel is input, it is automatically converted to cutting speed and the cutter starts working. Minimum air cuts can be executed automatically by inputting the profile shape (width and height), so cutting time is reduced. |
