When a weather warning is issued due to bad conditions such as a typhoon:
If a storm warning is lifted by 7 AM, the grounds will be open according to its normal hours.
If a storm warning is lifted by 11 AM, the grounds will be open from 1 PM.
If a storm warning is still in effect after 11 AM, the grounds will be closed for the day.

In case a weather warning other than a storm warning is issued, the grounds will in principle open according to its normal hours. However, if the opening of the grounds is deemed impossible or dangerous for visitors due to strong winds, heavy rains, heavy snow or earthquake, the grounds may be temporarily closed.
