Visitors can learn about the history of Noritake and the company’s craft center through a video presentation on Noritake Garden shown here (approximately 10 minutes in length, narrated in Japanese). Maps of Noritake Garden and brochures on each facility are also available at the Welcome Center.

Do you know how bone china is made?
The Craft Center is a production factory that manufactures bone china.
Visitors can get an up-close view of Noritake’s craftsmanship and traditions throughout each process from production of bone china clay to decorations.
In addition, the Noritake Museum located on the 3rd and 4th floor displays exquisite vases and decorative plates made in the Meiji era as well as Western tableware created from the Taisho to early Showa eras.
CANVAS, founded by the four companies of the Morimura Group (TOTO Ltd., NGK Insulators Ltd., NGK Spark Plug Co., Ltd., and Noritake Co., Ltd.), is a museum that showcases the history of ceramics and its unlimited potential. Come learn about the world of ceramics through the museum’s interactive displays.
The Noritake Garden Gallery is a space for all to immerse in and enjoy various works of art including pottery, paintings and sculptures. The gallery offers a place for both established artists’ solo exhibitions and citizens’ art exhibitions. Here, the public can easily become involved and discover the beauty of art.
The Noritake Showroom (commonly known as CELABO) displays Noritake’s latest products and technologies all in a single location. Although it all started with tableware, Noritake has greatly diversified its business portfolio in the 100 years since its establishment. The showroom introduces the Noritake Group today as well as the many technological fields into which it has made inroads.
