Features

W/B(=Walking Beam) type tact conveyance which is our original wafer conveyance technology is adopted instead of conventional mesh belt type conveyance. Energy saving and space saving are realized by this conveyance method.

Energy Saving

Heating/Cooling of mesh belt is unnecessary, which reduces power consumption by 50%.

Fast Firing

Heating/Cooling of mesh belt is unnecessary, which reduces processing time by 40-50%.

Space Saving

Space saving is realized by adopting plural rows conveyance.

Wafer Edge Holding Method

In firing process, mesh mark and scratch on electrode surface can be prevented by holding wafer edge only when conveying.

Clean Heating

Since driving part is outside the furnace, there is little metal dust in the furnace. This makes firing without contamination possible.

High Temperature Precision

High Temperature Precision is realized by designing heaters for exclusive use and locating them optimally.

Cell Performance Improvement

Improvement in cell performance especially for polycrystalline solar cell can be anticipated by rapid heating/cooling.
