Temporary Closing Conditions
The park closes temporarily whenever a Weather Warning alert, such as typhoons, is issued for Western Owari region.
- If the Storm Warning:
- -is retracted until 7:00 AM, Noritake Garden opens normally.
- If the Storm Warning:
- -is retracted until 11:00 AM, Noritake Garden opens from 13:00.
- If the Storm Warning:
- -is NOT retracted past 11:00 AM, Noritake Garden remains closed for the day.
As general rule, Noritake Garden shall open as usual even under conditions when warnings,
other than those for storms, have been issued. However, in cases when opening the facility
is deemed difficult, or may pose a safety hazards for visitors, such as in the aftermath of
disasters caused by strong winds, heavy rain, heavy snow, or earthquake, among others, the
park may be closed temporarily.
