Is there an admission fee?
There is no admission fee to Noritake Garden. However, an admission fee applies for the Craft Center.
Can I bring my own food?
Visitors may bring their own food for picnics at the Chimney Plaza. However, please refrain from eating and drinking indoors. Also note that there are no picnic spots for rainy days. Please refrain from bringing your own food to the restaurant and café area. Be sure to take all garbage home with you.
Do you lend out baby strollers and wheelchairs?
We have 4 baby strollers and 2 wheelchairs available at the Reception desk on the 1st floor of the Craft Center. These items are available on a first-come first-served basis.
Can I ride a bicycle in?
No bicycles or unicycles are allowed on the grounds. Please use the designated bicycle parking locations.
Can I bring my own play equipment?
The use of items and play equipment that can cause nuisance to other visitors is prohibited. This includes roller skates, inline skates, kick boards, roller blades, hard balls such as soccer balls, dodge balls, baseballs (including throwing against walls and hitting with a bat), frisbees, boomerangs, tennis rackets and kites.
Can we do a photo shoot dressed up in costumes (cos-play) here?
Photo sessions with visitors dressed up in costumes are not permitted.
How long does it take to tour the grounds?
The time needed varies depending on what you would like to see.
Most visitors spend on average 2 to 3 hours on the grounds. However, if you would like to eat at one of the restaurants or participate in the china painting experience, then you will need to budget more time for this.
Is there a smoking area?
Noritake Garden has a separate smoking area in order for all guests to enjoy the comfort and safety of their visit. The only smoking area is located in the rotary of the parking lot. Your kind cooperation is requested.
Who should I contact if I would like to use the location for shooting a product catalog or filming?
Usage is limited to certain days, times, and products. Please contact the office listed below.

Do you accept credit cards?
The following credit cards are accepted at Stage Noritake Prestige Shop, Palette Lifestyle Shop, BOX Outlet Shop and Restaurant Kiln.
The Craft Center and Square Café accept cash only.
VISA, Million Card (MC), JCB, Saison Card, UC, DC, NICOS, AMEX, Diners, TS3 and China UnionPay.
Can I bring my pet with me?
Pets are permitted outdoors only, and are prohibited indoors and should not enter the grassy area.
When visiting with your pet, be sure to always keep it on a leash.
Also please be courteous to others by picking up after your pet.
Is there a nursing room or diaper change station?
There is no nursing room. Except for the Gallery, all of the ladies restrooms and wheelchair accessible restrooms are equipped with a diaper changing station.
The multi-purpose restroom in Morimura-Okura Museum is equipped with a folding stand for use in assisting with diaper and clothes changing for adults. This room may also be used for nursing. There is no hot water available for washing.
Are there lockers for storage?
There are no lockers available in Noritake Garden.
Cloak service is available at the register of Stage Prestige Shop and the Reception desk on the 1st floor of the Craft Center. However, we do not accept any personal valuables, pets, raw foods and dangerous articles.
