Noritake’s VTS Wheel is a vitrified grinding wheel and features great improvements in the ability to retain the grain for grinding difficult, extra-hard PCBN materials.
Features
High grain retention (50% better than standard bonds) enables a 30% improvement in the life time of the wheel and a 15% reduction in chipping volume. This environmentally friendly grinding wheel uses a lead-free bond.
