The Cooker / Steam Mixer directly adds steam to cool or heat the processed fluid. The static mixer's dispersion effect evenly disperses the steam on a microscopic level, instantly condensing the steam.
We also have models that can handle water and other low-viscosity and high-viscosity liquids as well as those with widely fluctuating viscosity. Quality and temperature control issues can be solved and enable stable direct heating and cooling.
